SA's Quarterly Newsletter
The ESSAY is the quarterly newsletter of Sexaholics Anonymous, published by SA World Service and distributed to members worldwide. It has been a cornerstone of SA's recovery literature for decades, carrying the message of hope and sobriety from member to member across the globe.
Each issue of the ESSAY features personal stories of recovery written by SA members, reflections on the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions, letters from the fellowship, and updates from SA World Service and intergroups around the world. Reading the experiences of others in recovery can be a powerful reminder that no one is alone in this struggle.
The ESSAY is available to anyone — members, families, and those exploring SA for the first time. Back issues are archived online and can be read or downloaded at no cost.
SA members are encouraged to share their experience, strength, and hope by submitting articles, letters, or Step reflections for consideration. Submission guidelines are available on the ESSAY website.
